ABOUT THE JOB

​

The Business Development Associate is responsible for establishing, maintaining and developing relationships with clients as well as identifying new business opportunities. 

 

JET ESCP is looking to hire highly proactive, organised, passionate and extremely motivated Business Development Associates to join the BD&Sales division. 

 

YOU WILL:

 

  • Reach out to potential leads from different industries and convert them into clients. 

  • Identify market trends and growth opportunities by researching the industry.

  • Locate or propose potential new business deals by utilising personal networks, discovering and exploring opportunities.

  • Enhance the organisation’s reputation, exploring opportunities to add value to the enterprise and create new partnerships. 

  • Expertly manage contract negotiations with potential and existing clients and long-lasting value for both parties

 

YOU:

​

  • Are enrolled at ESCP for the year 2024-2025

  • Are willing to go the extra mile and take on your own initiatives

  • Have shown evidence of utilising your personal network and demonstrated relevant social skills.

  • Are extremely motivated and passionate to work in Sales and BD

  • Are fluent in English and advanced in one additional language 

  • Are a problem solver and great communicator with excellent negotiation and writing skills

  • Have previous experience in Sales, Business Development or a highly dynamic environment (Very advantageous, but not mandatory)

  • Have excellent Microsoft tools knowledge
