The first is to perform routine and repetitive tasks, such as drafting reports or summarizing data, by AI while reserving critical and high-value work for humans. This frees humans to apply their expertise in value-added ways. Another route is a deeper collaboration with AI, embedding it into the process to co-create a result and refine it with each iteration.

No longer will mastering AI be optional for the small business seeking to compete in the digital age or for the student preparing for a rapidly changing job market. Adopted thoughtfully, AI can become a powerful ally, augmenting productivity and quality while unlocking possibilities for innovation.
